For a variety of reasons, millions of residents are yet to receive additional funds in their bank accounts. Here is the position where the states stand today.

1. Colorado - Single tax filers owe $750, and joint filers a check for an additional $1,500.

2. Idaho - For single filers $300 or 10% of their 2020 income tax liability, and for joint filers, the amount is $600 or 10% of their 2020 income tax liability, whichever is greater.

3. New Jersey - Those earning up to $150,000 are eligible to receive $1,500, while those earning $150,000 to $250,000 are entitled to $1,000. Renters under $150,000 are eligible for a $450 rebate.

4. Pennsylvania - The maximum standard exemption is $650, but qualifying homeowners can receive a supplemental exemption of up to $975.

5. South Carolina - They have until February 15 to file their 2021 state income tax return and can receive a refund check of up to $800.
